We are a busy handyman company looking for a part time and possibly full time professional Handyman or woman who has a broad general skillset in the trades. Most of our jobs are fairly simple, although we do take on larger projects that require a greater knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical etc. The job consists of going to locations to complete work and also going to different locations to do site visits, get measurements, photos etc. for estimates.
Our projects can range from patching and painting, replacing trim, installing new flooring, replacing doors/trim, installing artwork, shelves, mirrors, assembling furniture, putting up and taking down christmas lights and seasonal decorations, yard work and landscaping and much more including small construction projects.
Our projects can sometimes be up to 1.5 hours drive from philly, please keep this in mind when applying.
Requirements:
-Have your own tools (Basic to intermediate tool set hammer, drill/driver, tape measure, level, saw, step stool/ladder etc. We may have some tools you can use for specific jobs)
-Have your own transportation and the ability to bring ladders, pick up supplies and bring them to the work sites
-Broad general knowledge of most trades (painting, patching drywall, replacing outlets, changing locks, light carpentry etc.We are willing to train someone who is interested.)
-Have your own phone you do not mind using for work
-Professional appearance and communication - we pride ourselves on being professional, helpful, friendly and communicating clearly with our clients.
We will pay for Gas/mileage, Hourly wage and cover the cost of all supplies needed.
