Looking for a part-time that can lead to full time labor worker. Experience is a must, minimally 3 years with references. Needs to be proficient in spackle, Sheetrock patch work, skim coating etc. And a solid painter. Must have Driver's license and vehicle. No motorcycles or scooters. Minimally a car to get material from point A to point B. You will need to fill out a W9 and will receive a 1099. Nothing under the table for whatever reason you want to tell me. A clear criminal background within reason. I don't care about Duis or a weed charge from 10 years ago. You will be in occupied apartments occasionally. Most of the work is doing turn over for apartments. Starting pay for first few days is $150.00 If you know what you're doing it will be bumped to $175.00 same week. After 3 weeks If you show up and do the work you will be bumped again to $220.00 based on skill level. We pay on a day rate per person so if you have a big painting company im not interested.
