Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Home Inspector. As a Home Inspector, you will be responsible for thoroughly assessing residential properties to ensure they meet safety and quality standards. Your keen eye for detail and comprehensive understanding of building codes and regulations will be essential in providing accurate and detailed inspection reports.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties, including single-family homes, townhouses, and condominiums.
Evaluate the structural integrity of buildings, including foundations, walls, roofs, and supporting structures.
Inspect electrical systems, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure functionality and safety.
Assess the condition of interior and exterior components, including windows, doors, flooring, and siding.
Identify potential hazards, such as mold, asbestos, lead-based paint, and radon gas, and recommend appropriate remediation measures.
Utilize specialized tools and equipment, such as moisture meters, infrared cameras, and gas detectors, to aid in the inspection process.

Communicate inspection results clearly and effectively to clients, providing explanations and recommendations as needed.
