Looking for a Basement Waterproofing Technician with a valid driver's license to work in New Jersey & Philadelphia.
The Installer plays a crucial role on our team, traveling to homes in NJ & PA to install foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and more. Candidates with experience in construction, home services, trade work, general labor, or landscaping will be a great fit for this position.
Requirements:
- Load and unloading materials to the work site
- Performs set-up and clean-up tasks at the work site
- Digs and back-fill trenches/holes when necessary
- Lifts heavy objects
- Jackhammer experience
- Walks and stand for long periods of time
- Performs strenuous labor often under adverse conditions
- Enters crawl spaces and other confined areas
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Valid driver's license required
Physical Requirements:
This position involves lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.), standing and walking for extended periods, and performing physically demanding tasks. The employee will lift, push, pull, or carry objects, utilizing abdominal and lower back muscles for sustained support without fatigue, and must be able to lift and carry heavy loads effectively.
Good manual dexterity (hand, arm, and two-hand coordination) and multi-limb coordination are required, as well as the ability to quickly move arms and legs. Excellent stamina is also essential for this role.
