Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and enthusiastic laborer to assist our experienced crew with various tasks on residential remodeling projects. You will play a key role in helping us complete high-quality kitchen, bathroom, and basement renovations. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow in the home remodeling industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the demolition and preparation of work areas.
Help with material handling and transportation to job sites.
Perform basic construction and carpentry tasks (e.g., framing, drywall, flooring).
Support team members with various tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Assist with the installation of kitchen, bathroom, and basement components, including cabinets, countertops, and fixtures.
Follow instructions and take direction from lead carpenters and supervisors.
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in construction, home remodeling, or related field preferred, but not required.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various physical environments.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
Team player with good communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
