Job Description:
As a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor at Graham's Landscape & Design, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our landscape maintenance operations. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals to ensure that our clients' outdoor spaces are impeccably maintained and exceed expectations. From resource management to quality control and client communication, you will be instrumental in upholding our standards of excellence.
Responsibilities Include:
-Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, pruning, mulching, and various other landscaping tasks.
-Manage a team of landscape maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
-Conduct quality inspections to ensure that work meets company standards and exceeds client expectations.
-Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure safe and efficient operation.
-Implement and enforce safety protocols to promote a safe working environment for all team members.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in landscape maintenance
-Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
-Extensive knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and materials.
-Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
-Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
-Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
-Work Visa or permanent U.S Citizen
