hello, I am a contractor who have a few jobs I have taken on and do not have the time or the men to do it. these are full rehab jobs, I am sub contracting these jobs to you. you must have a full crew your own truck and tools. if you are skilled in framing, plumbing, electric, plumbing, roofing etc, I ask that you text me first. if you already have a job going on DO NOT TEXT ME me this is to start immediately . this is the reason why I can not do it. we know prices so if your gonna shoot a ridiculous price to do the job DO NOT TEXT ME I am subbing the job to you. therefore I must still make money off the job. you will not be working under my license. if interested shoot me a text if not have a good day and good luck on your search for work.
