Our property management team is looking to hire a Maintenance Worker.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
· General maintenance work and light construction to facilitate tenant fit outs, tenant maintenance requests and long-term preventive maintenance
· Conduct all work in live and occupied areas in a clean and quiet manner to ensure strong tenant satisfaction
· Completing work orders such as replacing ceiling tiles, filters and light bulbs, patching walls, painting, repairs to bathroom toilets, sinks, etc.
· Maintain sidewalks in front of properties & rear parking areas in a clean and presentable mannersnow removal when necessary
· Follow procedures that ensure the security of inventory and assets such as tools, supplies, equipment, etc.
· Report low levels of supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner, and minimize waste
· Report all unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment to Building Engineer
· Assist with other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
