Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Technician located in Philadelphia, PA. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for handling all aspects of maintenance and repair, responding to service calls, troubleshooting, and providing solutions to property issues. The Field Service Technician will communicate with tenants, supervisors, and vendors to guarantee expectations are understood, met, and executed effectively.
Qualifications
Technical or trade school degree in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or related area
At least 2 years of experience in maintaining and repairing residential and commercial properties
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and maintain various property systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
A detail-oriented personality with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
Excellent communication skills to resolve tenant complaints and requests quickly and effectively
Valid driver's license in good standing
Basic computer skills to generate reports, log data and track inventory
Available to be on call during designated times, including weekends and after-hours emergencies
Experience with painting and carpentry is a plusPreston at Falls Center
