Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Basic repairs to buildings, as needed
Handling basic plumbing or electrical issues in common areas
Landscaping work
Painting common areas, when needed
Snow removal of sidewalks and steps
Miscellaneous tasks as they arise
Must be able to be “on-call” to take emergency maintenance calls – outside of normal working hours, as scheduled
Qualifications:
Maintenance Technician with experience in apartment/condominium complexes
Ability to interact with outside vendors for major repairs
Working knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems
Deadline and detail-oriented
