Luxury Home Improvements is seeking an elite-level Hardwood Floor Refinisher with extensive experience and the ability to perform high-end interior painting. This role is reserved for true craftsmen who deliver exceptional quality and expect to work at the highest professional standard.
Position Overview
You will execute premium hardwood refinishing projects and select interior painting scopes in luxury residential homes. This is not production work. Our projects demand precision, cleanliness, and a deep understanding of high-end finishes.
Key Responsibilities
Expert sanding, staining, and refinishing of hardwood floors to luxury-grade standards
Hardwood repairs, color matching, and finish corrections
Application of premium stains, sealers, and topcoats with precision
High-end interior painting (walls, trim, doors, ceilings)
Maintaining an immaculate, professional jobsite
Clear, professional communication with clients and project managers
Required Experience & Skills
Extensive, verifiable experience in hardwood floor refinishing
Advanced knowledge of sanding systems, stains, and finishing products
Professional interior painting experience
Ability to work independently while maintaining exacting quality standards
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
