We are seeking a skilled and reliable handyman subcontractor to join our team As a daily subcontractor. As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services to our clients. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and landscaping.
Inspect buildings and identify maintenance issues.
Complete repair work in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (car required).
Must own tools and equipment necessary for the job.
