Operations Coordinator

Position Summary

The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily operations across multiple locations. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, staying active, and stepping in wherever help is needed. Responsibilities range from transporting food and supplies to assisting with kitchen support, organization, and off-premise catering execution. No two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

Transport food, supplies, and equipment between locations safely and efficiently

Deliver, set up, and break down off-premise catering orders

Assist with bagging and organizing takeout and catering orders

Support dishwashing and light cleaning tasks as needed

Help maintain clean, organized storage areas and workspaces

Perform basic handyman tasks and minor maintenance projects

Assist team members during high-volume or busy periods

Adapt to daily operational needs and provide support where required

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift, carry, and move items as needed

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Reliable, flexible, and self-motivated

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Willingness to assist in various operational tasks

Work Environment

Fast-paced, hands-on role

Work split between kitchen, storage areas, and off-site locations
