Main available work days are Sunday, Wednesday & Saturday approximately 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. More hours are available.
We are painting vacant single family homes in Philadelphia, typically in lower income areas.
This is labor, the role is for people who can work on their own and maintain a consistent work output for 4-8 hours.
You would be expected to be able to carry 5 gallon buckets of paint, work on small ladders and use a variety hand tools.
Expectations would be for applicants to independently prep a room for paint, remove old blinds, curtains, switch covers and then sweep, caulk, spackle & sand interior surfaces.
Need to be able to use drop cloths, brushes and rollers to paint ceilings, walls and trim.
Need to be able to follow basic instruction and maintain consistent, quality work output.
Willing to train. I have a pretty simple system that’s easy to follow.
