Local Property Preservation Company servicing residential properties for National Mortgage Companies has immediate openings on our Grass Cutting and Debris Removal crews.
We are looking for individuals who have experience with grass cutting, debris removal and/or general labor.
****MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE TO APPLY****
Monday - Friday starting at 7:00 am. End times vary due to work load.
Responsibilities include:
- Use of tablets/smart phones for taking before, during and after photos
- Reading/Understanding work orders to complete work correctly
- Writing out bids/proposals
- Completing work accurately and on time
Requirements:
- Prior grass cutting/landscaping experience a plus
- Prior experience with work on commercial lawn equipment
- Driverâs license
- Ability to pass background check
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to start daily at 7:00 from our shop
- Ability to work Saturdays
