Requirements: Must have own transportation and tools
Responsibilities:
-Perform general maintenance and repairs at residential properties
-Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall tasks
-Diagnose and fix common household issues efficiently
-Complete work orders and communicate updates promptly
-Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
-2+ years of residential maintenance or handyman experience
-Must have reliable transportation and own tools
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
-Basic understanding of building systems and repair techniques
