We are looking to hire people with experience with Sealcoat. Additionally, anyone
with construction supervision experience is highly encouraged to apply. Sport
court experience is not needed, but also highly encouraged to apply.
Base pay typically starts between $20-$35/hour. Also, many of our jobs are
prevailing wage work, which means you could be paid anywhere from $60-
$80/hour while onsite.
Ideal Field and Technical Knowledge:
Sealcoat experience (brush and spraying) including cutting in and rig
operation, etc.
Detail oriented
Construction Management experience
How to clean and prepare a lot
Crack Sealing
Line striping experience – must understand how to get it right the first time.
Using shingles and strips on Stop Bars to get perfect, crisp edges.
All employees are typically expected to work some night work and weekend work.
Plenty of opportunities to get overtime!

Summary:
As a Laborer for our Pavement Marking Construction Company, you will be an
integral part of our construction projects, ensuring safety, high-quality pavement
markings and site preparation. You will report to the Operations Manager and
collaborate with team members to maintain safety and efficiency on the job site. A
valid driver's license, car and a high school diploma or GED are essential for this
position, as well as a commitment to excellence in construction practices.
