JOB SUMMARY
The Demolition Technician position includes but is not limited to, performing and managing structural demolition, interior strip-outs, selective demolition, and site-clearing tasks. Responsibilities include safe operation of hand and power tools, debris removal, loading/unloading materials, and ensuring job site safety and cleanliness. The role involves working closely with other team members to complete projects efficiently from start to finish, adhering to all safety protocols, and maintaining proper documentation. Additional tasks may include assisting with site preparation, minor repairs, and general labor as necessary.
