We are seeking reliable and experienced Snow Plow drivers for the upcoming snow season in the Phoenixville, PA area. This is a seasonal, on-call position with competitive hourly pay and bonus potential.
Drivers must be dependable, safety-focused and available to work during all snow events, including early mornings and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities:
Operate snow plow equipment safely and efficiently
Clear snow from assigned areas and properties
Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly when called
Perform basic vehicle checks before and after shifts
Work efficiently while maintain safety standards
Requirements:
Valid Drivers License (REQUIRED)
Ability to work on-call, including late evenings, early mornings and weekends.
Ability to work in cold, snowy and physically demanding conditions
Prior snow plowing experience
