I am looking for a Laborer that knows lots of different trades. We are a company that works on old homes and new and we do a lot of different work, (thinking outside the box is what we do to solve problems that a lot of companies would pass on).
We do concrete (sidewalk blocks), hard scaping, drywall, painting, tiling, doors, windows, counter tops, lots of repairs, decks to steps, flooring and grass cutting to yard maintenance. We do a lot of different projects. Looking for a person that can work well with a team.
Must have a clean driving record, prefer nonsmoking, no drugs.
must have some tools and their own transportation (prefer a truck) but not a deal breaker.
I am not looking for a person with an ax to grind or has to be in charge, I am looking for a team player with experience.

Hacemos trabajos de concreto (bloques de acera), paisajismo, drywall, pintura, alicatado, puertas, ventanas, encimeras, muchas reparaciones, desde terrazas hasta escaleras, y desde corte de césped hasta mantenimiento de jardines. Hacemos mucho. Buscamos a una persona que pueda trabajar bien en equipo.
Debe tener un historial de manejo limpio, preferiblemente no fumar y no consumir drogas.
Debe tener herramientas y su medio de transporte (preferiblemente un camión).
No busco a una persona con intereses personales ni que tenga que estar a cargo, busco a alguien con experiencia y que sepa trabajar en equipo.
