STILL NEED to fill a cleaning contract, a gym off Newtown Yardley Rd. Would prefer someone that is in that area, cleaning experience a plus. It takes approximately 4 hours a nite. 5 nites a week, taking off Friday's and Sundays, on Saturdays the gym closes at 6:30 p.m. also this is an overnight position for the gym opens up at 5:30 a.m. and closes at 11:00 p.m. Everything you need is on site as well as all chemicals, mop buckets, mop heads (Rayon mop heads for rooms with rubber flooring, vacuum, & back pack vacuum
The 2 small bathrooms & and locker rooms get cleaned & mopped nightly, all chemicals paper towels provided. You do not have to refill utilities (toilet paper, hand towels) staff dores that. All mirrors get cleaned as well as all glass with paper towels, all trash gets removed, trash can lids & walls behind cans gets wiped from people throw open drinks, The first few nights we start I will be training whoever I give this position to and I NED SOMEONE IMMEDIATELY, So it will basically be keeping it up to pare Below below are a bunch of pictures with the different rooms showing the different floors all the close.
All floors get mopped with cold water after using backpack to clean the rubber sports floors and theres 2 rooms with the regular vinyl tiling in which we have a separate mop heads and buckets after using a backpack to vacuum the rubber flooring before mopping & half of the main room has carpeting. The pay is cash $1,20000 a month which is split by getting $600 on the 1st & $600 on the 15th of each month. Every Below are so you can see the different rooms, flooring, mirrors, glass doors & equipment. Also all trash gets emptied and wipe down as well as the wall behind the trash can for people throw juices that splatter on the walls.
Experience in commercial cleaning preferred & as I mention above we need someone to start IMMEDIATLY!
