Job Title: General Maintenance -- Service Employee

Summary
The General Maintenance Service Employee will perform maintenance tasks on residential swimming pools, including but not limited to testing water chemistry, brushing and vacuuming and handling chemicals as necessary, learning to maintain proper water balance.
Responsibilities
⢠Testing pool chemistry and learn to apply appropriate chemicals to maintain proper water balance (once authorized by management as Service Personnel)
⢠Brushing and vacuuming pool, cleaning tile
⢠Be familiar with the programming of pool controllers/timer clocks
⢠Backwashing filters and emptying pump baskets
⢠Remove and install winter covers -- become familiar with opening and closing procedures
⢠Maintain accurate logs of all work performed
⢠Ensure reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers
⢠Additional duties as required by Service Managers

⢠Able to work efficiently with minimal guidance or supervision.
⢠Must have drivers license with a clean record
⢠Successfully passing drug test (random testing still may occur)

⢠Excellent communication skills
