Job Description: Shipping Clerk Full Time
This is a full-time position, located in Warminster, PA.
The Shipping Clerk plays a critical role in assuring that our canned seafood items are shipped properly and arrive on time for our customers. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong professional skills and the ability to work both as an individual and as part of a team. Candidates must have a strong track record of organization, accurate record keeping and be passionate about servicing our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for handling and shipping customer orders
Working with customer service to address or accommodate customer requests
Working with our sales team to support special projects
Helping to maintain the facility cleanliness and equipment as needed
Assist in performing inventory counts
Monitor supplies needed for shipping
Complete special shipping projects assigned by the marketing or sales teams
Requirements/Skills
Must be able to load and lift packages up to 50 lbs.
Must be responsible for reliable transportation to and from work
Essential Skills
Proven record of excellent attendance
Microsoft Suite experience preferred
Experience with RF scanners preferred
Forklift experience preferred
Preferred Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
1-2 years related warehouse experience
Salary & Benefits
$16.00 to $18.00 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
