We are seeking a highly motivated professional with event marketing experience to run our Philadelphia/NJ division. Our field marketing manager will oversee and run a team of part time individuals to help generate interest in our products at different festivals/events in the area. These include home shows, festivals, fairs, markets, etc. Experience in the home improvement industry is preferred but not required.
Please be aware, you are expected to be in the field on the weekends at these events. There is a flexible schedule during the week, as well as you determining your work days/days off. You must average 40hours a week.
Job Responsibilities
Staff Management: Properly prep and plan with your team. Ensure they have necessary info for each event, each week. Motivate, train, and track payroll for these individuals.
Recruitment: Interview, train, and develop team to help generate qualified leads at events.
Planning: Find and book events for marketing team. Budget and staff these events.
Event Management: Attend home shows, fairs, festivals, and other events.
