Position Overview
The In-House Leasing Agent will be responsible for generating leads, marketing available spaces, and closing leasing deals. This position requires someone with prior leasing experience who thrives on hustle, takes initiative, and has a natural ability to connect with potential tenants. The more you lease, the more you earn.
Responsibilities
Create and post engaging ads for available spaces across online platforms and listing sites.
Respond promptly to inquiries and convert leads into showings.
Conduct property tours and highlight features to prospective tenants.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects and tenants.
Negotiate lease terms and facilitate deal closings in collaboration with management.
Stay organized with all leads, showings, and follow-ups to maximize conversion.
Qualifications
Previous leasing experience is required (industrial, commercial, or mixed-use).
Strong background in sales, lead generation, and deal closing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a “hustler” mentality—must want to make money and close deals.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads at once.
Tech-savvy and comfortable posting ads and handling online leads.
Compensation
100% commission-based.
Unlimited earning potential—the more deals you close, the more you earn.
