What We’re Looking For:
Physically Fit & Ready to Work: Comfortable lifting 50-pound bags. Comfortable navigating ladders.
Eager to Learn & Grow: A motivated self-starter with a strong desire to master the art of plasterwork. No prior experience required—just a hunger to develop your skills in a specialized craft.
Creative Spark: An artistic or creative background is a plus, but not mandatory. If you enjoy being creative at work, you’ll fit right in.
Adventurous Spirit: Ready to travel across the U.S. and Canada for 1-2 week projects, travel to new places while honing your craft.
