We are looking for a screen printer to join our team! They may work with a variety of garments, such as t-shirts, hoodies, and hats.
Some responsibilities of a screen printer include:
Consulting with clients: Create unique art or images for the materials being printed
Operating and maintaining equipment: Set up, clean, and calibrate the machine
Preparing screens and artwork: Mix ink colors, load the design onto the screen, and adjust the screen plates and pressure rollers
Printing designs: Print designs onto garments with precision and accuracy
Inspecting printed items: Ensure printed garments meet quality standards and look for faults
Troubleshooting: Fix any issues with the printing process and solve technical problems
Keeping work area clean and organized: Maintain the machine and supervise its parts on a weekly basis
Meeting deadlines: Collaborate with team members to finish orders on time
Some screen printer jobs may require the ability to lift, push, pull, and carry tools and materials weighing up to 65 pounds. They may also require prolonged standing or walking, frequent bending, stooping, and reaching, and climbing ladders.
Some skills and experience that may be relevant for a screen printer position include:
Packing, Accuracy, Quality control, Clothing, Collaboration, Printing press, English speaking, Communication skills, and Graphic design.
$18 to $22 Hourly
