Job Description:
The Shipping and Production Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of both our shipping and production processes. This position involves a combination of tasks related to the packaging, shipping, and production of our products. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
::Shipping:
Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards. Coordinate with shipping carriers and manage shipping schedules. Maintain shipping records and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Handle customer inquiries related to shipping and resolve any issues promptly.
::Production:
Assist in the production process, including sorting and packaging dried fruits. Operate and maintain production equipment.
Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
Qualifications:
::High school diploma or equivalent.
::Previous experience in shipping, production, or a related field.
::Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
::Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 50 lbs).
::Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, shipping software).
::Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
