Well-respected custom manufacturing company looking for a hands-on Shipping Manager to lead a small, fast-paced team. You will route our two man delivery team, oversee daily shipments, train staff, manage carriers, and keep inventory flowing. Wrapping skids, preparing cartons and parcels for FedEx, UPS, couriers and independent truckers - as well as our team - is part of the job.
Ideal candidate has 3+ years in shipping/warehouse roles, a collaborative style, and practical problem-solving skills. Interfacing with customers and sales is important. If you have a passion for efficiency, quality and world-class performance, this may be a perfect fit for you.
