House monitors are responsible for monitoring the facility with respect and compassion while ensuring residents safety and security. Conduct face to face check-in’s and document all activity. Maintain appropriate professional boundaries while reinforcing community living guidelines with residents. Immediately report neglect/abuse, drug use/smoking inside the property to the director. Entry level job. Great starting job if interested in social work, criminal justice, reentry, or human services. Serious and focused applicants only. Internships also available.
Starting salary $10 an hour, room for advancement. Shifts available: 8pm-8am & 3:00pm-9pm.
Qualifications: Be able to handle conflict resolution. Maintain confidentiality, be responsible and reliable. Certified peer specialist (not mandatory). Flexible. Willing to work on weekends and holidays. Professionalism. Team Player. Compassionate and works well with others. Good customer service skills.

Taking urine
Monitoring medication
Checking Chores and menu planning.
Support residents to appear for appointment, groups and dinner preparation.
When someone is absent or unable to complete their chore (s), the house monitor is responsible for making sure details are completed.
