CALECO is the largest privately- owned commercial laundry vendor in the Mid-Atlantic region of the US.
We have been serving our communities for over 75 years, and are family owned and operated still to this day! We operate central laundry facilities in apartment buildings, colleges and military bases in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C, as well as parts of Virginia and New York City.
We have an opening for an Administrative Assistant located in West Chester, PA.
Basic secretarial and administrative duties supporting the Sales Department.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Support Director of Sales, Majors Accounts Manager, and Territory Sales Managers with typing of letters, proposals, lease agreements, correspondence, equipment orders, etc.
· Create files for new locations.
· Forward emails/calls/voicemails to the appropriate department(s)
· Meter mail, pick up and drop off daily.
· Process sales equipment orders
· File any/all documents.
· Produce sales department customer emails.
· Create instructional signs for new locations.
· Answer phones and vector calls.
· Scan, email and/or fax leases and/or addendums.
· Update and distribute sales itinerary to executive personnel.
· Sending information to all new installations.
· Register for company events.
· Update master files for locations.
· Work on large bids with sales team upon contract expirations.
· Maintain social media pages.
Full-Time, In Office; Five days per week (Mon-Fri) 8:30am to 5pm.

MUST have strong skills with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook computer programs.
Education: High School Diploma / College Degree Preferred
Must have a VALID driver's license and be willing to undergo background and drug testing.
