We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role plays a key part in keeping our office operations running smoothly and combines administrative responsibilities with customer service support. Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Schedule appointments, meetings, and job site visits
Maintain customer files and update CRM or scheduling software
Assist with preparing estimates, invoices, and work orders
Coordinate communication between office staff and field crews
Order office supplies and maintain equipment
Track time logs, receipts, and other administrative records
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and phone etiquette
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Prior experience in admin, reception, or dispatching
Familiarity with landscaping or construction industries is a plus but not required
Compensation:
$18 + per hour based upon experience

This job is on site in Newtown, PA. Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm
