IQ Tax is hiring! We are a small, laid back, tax office in North Philadelphia looking for a bi-lingual (Spanish speaking) administrator to help out with translating and scheduling appointments for our clients. The job requires someone who has strong communication skills, availability to work a CONSISTENT SCHEDULE and basic computer skills. We are open Monday through Saturday and are hoping to find someone who can work those hours for us during the tax season. We are HIRING IMMEDIATELY.
Hours for the position are 9-7 Monday through Saturday. The position is seasonal January through April. After April our hours are cut back significantly, but we still will have the need for someone from time to time depending on their ability to perform specific tasks and office work. We try to rehire the same person every year for tax season.
Overtime, opportunities for growth and training as a tax professional are also available. We try to train all of our employees over time to learn new skills and provide opportunities for growth professionally and financially.
