Position Summary:
This position is ideal for college students, recent graduates, or individuals with a passion for Urban music and their ear on the ground. You’ll be a part of a fast-paced, professional environment in our state-of-the-art office, working closely with our experienced agents and industry professionals. If you’re a fast learner with a drive for success, this is more than just a job—it’s a career opportunity. For those who impress in the first 90 days, we will work out a structured payment schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Make and answer calls to potential clients and artists
- Build relationships and communicate effectively with talent, clients, and partners
- Demonstrate strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage booking details
- Utilize knowledge of office devices and processes to assist with daily operations
- Apply sales experience to foster new connections and increase bookings
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A solid understanding of R&B, Rap, and Urban music
- Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Sales experience with a focus on results
- Self-motivation, financial drive, and a proactive approach
Schedule:
Flexible hours, ideal for college students or those available 3 days a week, with options for post-school hours.
