Customer Service Representative / Call Center Associate

-Perform constant follow-up and communication with our customers to ensure satisfaction?

-Work with customers to show them different product options RTA Cabinet Store has to offer?

-Provide exceptional customer service to our existing clients?

-Establish and maintain relationships with homeowners as well as builders, contractors, & established industry professionals?

-Reach out to potential customers to introduce them to the RTA Cabinet Store products?

-Possess a strong will to learn & memorize new industry material from month-to-month?

Potential employee must be confident, well organized, and have strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet customer needs & deadlines is very important. Employee will ultimately assist the team with current & existing customers on their various projects & orders. The successful candidates primary role will be to assist customers throughout the buying process.

The individual must be well spoken, passionate, and have the ability to build trust-based relationships with customers. We are looking for someone highly motivated, energetic, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment. The knowledge of renovation products is a plus, but not a requirement. The individual must be available to work weekends and occasional holidays

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Answering customer inquiries

- Processing claims for damages, defects, or missing items

- Processing product returns

- Processing / making changes to new or existing orders

- Comprehensive knowledge of product offerings & website

-Must possess high degree of self-direction

-Basic computer skills (Internet savvy, CRM software + Gmail/Outlook experience preferred)

-Basic math & memory skills

-Strong writing & email skills

-Excellent communication skills “ Both in person, via email, & by telephone

-Very proficient in time-management & ability to multi-task

-Team oriented personality

Additional Notes:

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (with occasional overtime)

Rate of Pay: $14-17 per hour, based on experience

Benefits (Employee Health + Vision & Dental Plans optional/available )

+Annual Bonus

Rate of pay will vary and depend on experience and interview. Starting pay will be decided upon internally after the interview process and prior to offering the position.
