Perform constant follow-up and communication with clients to ensure satisfaction?

Work with clients to show them different product options RTA Cabinet Store has to offer?

Provide exceptional customer service to our existing clients?

Establish and maintain relationships with homeowners as well as builders, contractors, & established industry professionals?

Reach out to potential customers to introduce them to the RTA Cabinet Store products?

Possess a strong will to learn & memorize new material from month-to-month?

Assist in processing pricing quotes and accurate paperwork for client orders?

Potential employee must be confident, well organized, and have strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet customer deadlines is very important. Employee will ultimately assist the design/sales team with current clients & potential clients on their various projects & orders. The successful candidates primary roll will be to assist customers throughout the buying process- preparing orders, collecting payments, as well as tracking & maintaining information with regards to these customer orders.

The individual must be well spoken, passionate, and have the ability to build trust-based relationships with our new + existing customers. We are looking for someone highly motivated, energetic, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment. The knowledge of building products, ideally within the kitchen, bathroom and flooring industries is a plus. The individual must be available to work weekends and occasional holidays.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Hourly Pay with Benefits (Employee Health + Optional Vision & Dental Plans)

Must possess high degree of level self-motivation

Basic computer skills (Internet savvy, Gmail/Outlook experience preferred)

Basic math & memory skills

Strong writing & email skills

Experience/knowledge of kitchen & bath industry + products (preferred, not required)

Excellent communication skills - Both in person & by telephone, email, chat/messaging.

Very proficient in time-management & ability to multi-task

Handles pressure confidently

Team oriented personality

Ability to work weekends

Responsibilities:

-Provide support for RTA customers in both residential & commercial sectors

-Assist in answering customer calls, emails, & chat messages - regarding products, layouts, and orders

-Assist customers in showroom setting with questions, sales, servicing existing orders

-Thinking under pressure & outside of the box to come up with solutions for clients needs/situations

-Ensuring customer orders are shipped on-time, accurately, meeting RTA's service level agreements

-Communicating effectively with team & various departments to ultimately ensure customer satisfaction

-Performing detail-oriented tasks in a very fast paced environment

-Building client relationships to meet or exceed their expectations
