Style Medspa's busy Colmar location is in need of filling an opening for a 1 day a week Receptionist/Front Desk position. The individual needs to be available to work Tuesdays from 10:30am-7:30pm. Someone who is experienced/comfortable with handling multiple phone lines, checking people in for their appointments, processing payments, organizing and data entering paperwork, working with an online scheduling software, using the internet, using Word and Excel, light cleaning of the office, a team player, etc Someone who is friendly and personable and able to make customers feel welcome while they are waiting for their appointment. A quick learner.
