We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments
- Maintain electronic medical records accurately and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage the clinic's phone systems
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Oversee administrative tasks related to the front desk operations
- Software is Dentrix Ascend
-Collecting copays and submitting insurance claims, pre-determinations, verify insurance eligibililty and benefits
Skills
- Proficiency in similar software systems
- Strong administrative skills with experience in a dental or medical office setting
- Knowledge of clinic operations and medical records management
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
