Freelancer/Assistant Needed for Application Assistance

Description:
I am a small business owner in the disability services industry. I provide rental housing emergency shelter, special needs transportation, and home care agency services which include providing caregivers and support staff for the disabled homeless and seniors living with disabilities.
I am in need of a dedicated and detail-oriented freelancer or assistant to help me with a variety of application processes for business and personal matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry such as Microsoft Office 365, and QuickBooks Pro, a background and hands on training in clerical skills and in business and finance, and excellent personal assistant skills.
Responsibilities:
● Assist in filling out various types of applications, including but not limited to:
○ Loan applications (personal, car, business)
○ Subsidized housing applications
○ Financing applications
○ Grant applications
○ Business insurance applications
○ Life insurance applications
○ Car insurance applications
● Gather and organize detailed information required for business, financial, personal, and credit applications.
● Ensure accuracy and completeness of all application forms.
● Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements:
● Proven experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
● Strong background in business and finance.
● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Attention to detail and accuracy.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
● Familiarity with various types of applications and documentation processes.
