Front Office Associate
We have an immediate opening for a Front Office Associate with experience or the ability to perform the following functions:
o Answering phone calls from customers and directing them to the correct department
o Receive orders from customers, order products from distributors, package and ship orders
o Entering billing into accounting system accurately and generating invoices
o Emailing Invoices to customers and submitting through online portals
o Deposit checks, applying ACH and Credit Card Payments to customer accounts
o Following up with customers on payment status
o Maintain inventory for various products, our inks and other various supplies we may need
o Able to pour ink from production into smaller quantities for shipping when needed
o Receiving mail/packages and distributing to correct employees
o Able to make appointments (in collaboration with supervisor) for any building maintenance, customer visits or inspections
o Able to maintain documents that are made easily accessible when needed by supervisor
o Willing to be cross trained and help in various departments
o Assist with any other tasks that may go beyond the routine Front Office functions to ensure that production is completed in a timely manner
Requirements:
Must be very detailed oriented
Must be able to communicate well
Must be proficient with Microsoft office products, Word and Excel
Able to work from 7:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday
The company is located in northern Philadelphia, in the Port Richmond/Kensington area.
