Artesano Iron Works is seeking an experienced, Hospitality Office Manager to join our dynamic team!
Artesano Iron Works is known for creating high-end, custom iron and bronze masterpieces using centuries-old artisanal techniques. In addition to our metalwork studio in Philadelphia and showroom in New York’s D and D Building, we are expanding our footprint into hospitality. We currently operate a café and have plans to open a bistro and develop additional hospitality-driven property projects.
We are seeking a Hospitality Operations Manager who can oversee day-to-day operations across our café, support the launch of our upcoming bistro, and help coordinate the management of our properties. This role blends hospitality leadership, administrative oversight, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, growing environment.

Responsibilities
1) Hospitality and Venue Operations:
Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring consistent service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Support the planning, setup, and staffing needs for the upcoming bistro and other hospitality projects.
Maintain high standards of hospitality, customer experience, and operational flow.
Manage vendor relationships related to food and beverage, cleaning, linens, equipment service, etc.
2) Property and Facilities Management:
Serve as the point person for building maintenance, repairs, inspections, and coordination with facility vendors.
Ensure all properties (café, upcoming bistro, event spaces, and offices) are well-maintained, stocked, and operational.
Manage service contracts, maintenance schedules, and light renovations or improvement initiatives.
3) Administrative and Office Support:
Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and internal communications for management.
Maintain systems for budgets, invoices, supply orders, and vendor payments.
Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding and scheduling for hospitality staff.
Organize operational procedures to ensure smooth daily workflow across locations.
4) Project Coordination:
Support planning and execution of new hospitality concepts and openings.
Coordinate with designers, contractors, and internal teams on build-outs or property upgrades.
Track progress, deadlines, and reporting for hospitality and property-related projects.
5) Guest Experience and Event Support:
Welcome visitors and clients; assist with small events or in-house gatherings.
Help plan internal events, tastings, staff celebrations, and community engagements.
6) Marketing and Brand Management:
Analyze marketing and sales data to measure effectiveness and inform strategy decisions.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in hospitality management, restaurant operations, or food and beverage leadership.
Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and office software (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience coordinating vendors, managing inventory, and handling invoices/payments.
Creative thinker able to contribute ideas and improvements for guest experience and operational efficiency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of POS systems, reservation tools, or hospitality platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with Sage Accounting Software is a bonus.

Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
