Job Summary:
Coordinate and schedule technicians for new construction projects and automation services. Complete all necessary tasks to ensure installations are completed according to deadlines and budget. Communicate effectively before, during and after installations with all necessary parties to ensure expectations are met.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Work closely with internal staff as well as builder counterparts and clients to organize and schedule all installations. Familiarity with phases of new construction helpful.
Communicate with internal staff as well as builder counterparts and clients to ensure installations will be completed within deadlines and budgets.
Create and maintain schedules for installation and technology technicians. This includes inventory and site readiness coordination.
Maintain job folders (physically and digitally) with all pertinent information including any changes made by the client or the field.
Update all pertinent project information using our installation tracking tools.
Process all necessary paperwork to ensure that each installation is completed fully.
Verify and authenticate job completion paperwork.
Communicate changes to all necessary parties effectively and timely.
Assist service desk overflow including speaking with current clients, scheduling service calls and assisting in resolving problem.
Provide excellent customer service before, during and after the installation process.
Guardianship and preservation of client confidentiality and network/home security.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Ability to problem solve and pivot effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work within specific rules and guidelines.
Preferred Skills
Experience with scheduling or project coordination
Experience with audio, network, alarm or automation service/installation
Experience with construction phases
Experience with Trello and OneNote
