This position is designed to communicate effectively with both vendors and customers to ensure that deliveries are consistently made on time as we work to meet the needs of our customers. Will report directly to the Logistics Manager.
Shift: 10:30AM - 7PM
Work Days: Monday - Friday (Holidays included)
This position is an In-Person job in Boothwyn PA
Pay: $17 hourly
Duties include but aren't limited to:
-Customer Service
-Answer phones.
-Data Entry / via phone and/or e-mail
-Handling e-mails
-Order Confirmation
-Order Cleansing
-Customer Communications, managing Adds/Cuts, Communicate on Missing orders
-Order completion confirmation.
-Answer phones
-Training of new associates
