Position Overview : You'll be the first voice potential clients hear from our company. We are a FinTech company that is quickly growing. Through empathetic cold outreach, you'll map organizations, identify decision-makers, and secure meetings for our sales team. This role requires exceptional people skills, genuine curiosity, and the independence to manage your own workflow.
Location & Hours:
Center City Philadelphia
5-8 hours per day - at least 3 days per week
Remote work available once performance metrics are met
Compensation:
$20+ per hour plus performance bonuses
Additional Details:
We are a sales organization but this entry level role does not require any sales duties or product knowledge.
There is ample growth opportunity in both sales and administrative roles for the right person and are happy to teach the necessary skills.
