Full-Time | $17/hr Starting Pay + Evaluation-Based Raise After 30 Days

Do you speak Spanish AND English? Are you organized, and looking to grow with a rapidly expanding company? Hoarders Express, a leader in our industry, is looking for a motivated Spanish/English Speaking Administrative Secretary to join our dynamic team!

Part Time / Full-time schedule (Mon–Fri, business hours)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and project-based support

Manage data entry and maintain accurate records

Handle client documents and follow-ups

Coordinate and schedule social media and email marketing

Assist with content creation and brand promotion

Build and maintain client and marketing databases

Ideal Candidate Has:

English + Spanish fluency REQUIRED

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer systems

Canva, Constant Contact, and social media experience is a big plus!

Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & email campaigns

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Valid driver’s license is a plus (we travel throughout NJ, PA, NY, DE, MD, Nationwide)

Required Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or secretary role

Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of customer service, conflict resolution, and team collaboration
