POSITION:

Clerical Assistant

SIGN ON BONUS:

$500.00 (Must complete 90 days without call-outs)

NEEDED FOR:

General Office

HOURS:

Monday through Friday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

SALARY & BENEFITS:

$16.50 PH (Annual increases) restrictions apply

PAID HOLIDAYS

PAID VACATION

PROSITION DUTIES

1. Professionally answer office phones and respond to customers email inquires.

2. Send, prepare letters, invoices and other documents.

3. Schedule and confirm clients' office appointments.

4. Contact clients' via phone and email.

5. Keeping reception and conference rooms clean after Client meetings.

6. Other clerical and administrative duties as may be assigned.

POSITION EXPERIENCE

1. Previous office Administration experience preferred (exception for right person if teachable).

2. Professional office dress attire (mandatory).

3. Must be able to follow directions and written instructions.
