Small but mighty residential property management company in downtown Philadelphia looking for enthusiastic, motivated and capable Office Manager for immediate hire!
The Office Manager is key to our operation, doing a little bit of everything. Primary duties include:
· Responding to daily tenant concerns by phone and email
· Tracking maintenance requests and coordinating response
· Scheduling outside technicians and vendors
· Light bookkeeping: Entering bills, printing checks, running reports
· Facilitating tenant application process
· Assisting with online marketing of properties
· Working with city agencies on rental licenses, tax issues, evictions, L&I concerns
· Showing apartments on occasion
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills are essential. Must be resourceful and able to work independently in fast-paced, sometimes stressful industry.
Proficient in Microsoft and Excel. Will be expected to learn Buildium, a property management software. Experience in office management, property management or bookkeeping beneficial but not required.
This is a full-time office job from 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
