Job Title: Construction Crew Manager

Location: On-site (Full-Time)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Property Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day back-office operations, maintenance coordination, and construction project supervision for our real estate portfolio. This is a full-time, office-based position that requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the team handling maintenance issues and coordinate work schedules with the maintenance crew

Supervise a small in-house construction team working on renovation and improvement projects

Ensure timely and efficient communication between teams, tenants, and contractors

Monitor and maintain quality standards across all operational areas

Utilize AppFolio for property management tasks, reporting, and workflow tracking

Qualifications:

Proven experience in property management or a related operational leadership role

Strong understanding of real estate process and maintenance coordination

Experience managing construction or renovation work is a plus

Proficiency in AppFolio is an advantage

Spanish language skills are a plus

Excellent organizational, communication, and team management skills

Ability to work full-time from the office, with a hands-on approach
