-Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned in a timely and accurate manner; includes plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, HVAC, general building systems, etc
as well as drywall and painting work.
-Complete make-ready process of vacant apartments as directed by the Property Manager; Includes plumbing, electrical and appliance repair, as well as drywall and painting work.
-Must have own tools
-Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
