We are seeking a skilled, highly motivated experienced maintenance technician to join our team servicing an apartment complex in Warminster. Responsibilities include maintenance and repairs throughout the multi-family complex.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who has a positive attitude, takes pride and ownership of their work and has the ability to follow instructions while working well as part of a team.
Must live within 30 minutes of property with valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
On call required as scheduled.
